How soon will you reply to my request?
Our care coordination team replies within one working day. The clinic is open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, so requests sent in the evening are usually answered the next day.
What should I bring to the first appointment?
Please bring any previous medical reports, school or nursery observations, earlier assessment results, and a list of any medications or supplements your child is currently taking.
Can I book an online consultation instead of visiting the clinic?
Yes. Choose “Online Consultation” as the preferred visit type in the form and our team will arrange a suitable time and send you the joining details.
